ok, so i was posting my blog update on incline training, when i suddenly thought - how steep are the bits of wall we will have to conquer??? so off to google i go. what do i find?? and i quote:"The incline of the climb up the Great Wall at Simatai reaches a 70 degree incline! Some who have braved the ascent descend on all fours!"
